Basalt rocks

The company conducted research and development of a technological industrial process for producing continuous fiber and its products from basalt rocks of Turkmenistan. Chemical analysis and testing of the basalt rocks were conducted to determine the suitability of the crushed basalt for producing continuous basalt fiber. Based on the test results, laboratory studies and pilot tests were conducted. As a result, the AKSAI Individual Enterprise obtained pilot samples of basalt fiber roving (BNV) and basalt rebar, which was confirmed by the relevant documents from the Turkmenneftegazstroy State Corporation and the Turkmengeologiya State Corporation.
